This vessel is turned from Apple wood. I wanted to show off as much of the beauty of the wood as possible for the piece. There is some wonderful burl figure in this piece along with the natural edge opening gives the vessel a wonderful organic quality. Apple wood finishes beautifully and the colors give the piece such a natural aura.
