Olive wood burl vessel. Unbelievable wood with so much character. Olive wood is known to crack very quickly but it does so in such a way that in someways it adds to the beauty of the wood. Having said all that, I did patch some of the cracks with Amboyna burl. To give some wonderful contrast. And create one of a kind pieces.
